Set Widescreen

How do I set my iPod Touch 4g video to widescreen mode?
Turn it 90 degrees? Now, why I didn't I think of that? Oh wait, cos' that's not the answer I was looking for. I mean, when I upload it to YouTube, there's these black borders at each side of the video. How do I get rid of the borders without actually stretching the video.
I assume you're talking about when you're filming? The front facing camera doesn't have an option for filming in 1280x720. The back facing camera should film in 720p. If you're uploading to youtube, make sure to have HD selected.
If you're talking about video, just go to settings>video and check widescreen on.
I hope this helps.
