MUSIC AN PLAZZA

So basically my dad was flipping through the channels and he said he came across this cartoon that was the mexican version of scooby doo. Instead of Scooby they had this bulldog, and they had a hippie type Shaggy figure, a sexy girl Daphne person, the jock-looking Fred type, and the braniac Velma type.

However~ we don't know any names or anything like that. We'd really like to know what it's called so we can watch it. Thanks for your help.
